The parliament of Uganda will today convene for an emergency session to decide on the way forward for Ex-Vice President Dr. Specioza Wandira Kazibwe’s private parts. The move comes after Kazibwe revealed that her vagina could be used to get her another job after she was sacked from board chairperson of the Microfinace Support Centre
MPs will therefore meet to decide on whether to let it become a fully fledged national project by letting the government inject billions into her vagina to get jobs for the thousands of unemployed youths in Uganda or to just give the MPs free access to it as a substitute for increasing their salaries.
“It’s a very juicy bill that will make it quite hard for us to cum to a quick decision but when we enter there am sure we shall produce a result that will feel good for all of us,” said former Speaker Edward Ssekandi who begged the parliamentarians to let him chair this one last session for old time’s sake.
He added that the former Vice President’s unprecedented move to reveal the economic and political relevance of her genitals in front of the entire parliament showed an exceptional understanding of what this country really needed especially in this time of great financial distress.
Ssekandi continued to pledge to follow in his predecessor’s footsteps. “Now that am also a vice president, I will go in there and tell all those people about the good things that my thing has done for me and then they will sit down and debate what it can do for this economy.”
